We first purchase and pickup bikes from various places. Individuals, Dealerships, Towing yards and Auctions. 

We wash off the bikes to get them ready for inspection

We take pictures and document all bikes before inspection and or tear down

We start our diagnoses of the health of the engine to determine if the bike would be would better serve as a rebuild or a parts bike

We test all electrical components by factory specifications before selling them

We inspect and select the good usable condition parts to remove and sell 

We then take pictures / inventory and list each quality part for sell

once the part sells we determine the best shipping service and package the parts
